link from grammatical code to grammar pages

[from Arok:] It would be nice if the grammatical code displayed in each entry was (or included) a link to the relevant grammar page explaining that inflectional category.

This is a very language-specific request, which probably needs to wait until we have a way for linguists to provide customized grammatical info (in markdown / HTML) for each entry that doesn't have specific fields in morphodict.
