Implement Open Graph tags

Right now when you share a link from itwewina.altlab.app you get the default website preview:

Implementing open graph tags for various pages will make the sharing experience richer and help foster adoption of the app since users can get an instant preview of the content they are going to navigate to. Even a simple amount of data would make this link preview a bit more appealing, maybe something like:

nanâtawihow (VAI) - itwewina.altalab.app
"s/he treats him/herself (medically); s/he doctors him/herself, s/he heals him/herself [CW]"
