Everything disappeared on startup

I have kept Hurl in startup folder, after v0.6.3 update, all browser icons & toolbar icons disappeared, on hover they reappear

This only happens ocassionally. I can't even debug the actual issue. ( This isn't related to startup folder thing, I get this even under normal usage ). It might be a problem with wpf-ui library again 😅.

If this occurs, just minimise it and open it again.

Closing this.... Since I haven't encountered it in v0.7-alpha. probably the new library version fixed it or maybe because of Win11 22H2 update
