Twitch emotes

  • Adds Twitch emote support for Twitch chats
  • Updates Angular to v16 (needed for some dependencies as npm started breaking)

Emotes get downloaded to appdata/<file_uid> so even if emotes get deleted/changed, you can still view the original ones

I want to add some buttons to download/re-download twitch chats/emojis as it's not clear from the UI what is happening or if a download failed. Also want to tie the emotes download to the auto twitch chat downloads
