[BACKEND ENHANCEMENT] Add "delete forever" option on subscription videos without enabling youtube-dl archive setting

i would like to be able to delete a video without redownloading it directly from the subscription page

how it should work

1. go to one your subscriptions
2. click on the "three point button" of a video
3. click "Delete Forever" like you do in via the home page

Actually this is already possible! You have to enable use youtube-dl archive in the settings menu, and the option should appear. Let me know if you have any issues enabling this.

After i enabled "youtube-dl archive", the option to delete forever appered only on the admin user, other users still do not have that option

Works for me. Though "Use yt-download archive" is very unclear. There should be some help text explaining what it does :+1:

Renamed this issue, I agree it's confusing for users.

Probably a good idea to always use archives in the background and making it only a user-preference to store them visibly to the user or not.

A lot relies on it, and it's quite a crucial feature IMHO.

What I kinda envision is a setting that only applies to one-off downloads, and that's whether to allow redownloading of videos that exist in the archive.

Under this scheme youtube-dl archive is always being used (as it's pretty evident it's essential for subs) but it "deactivates" it per se for one-off downloads if that makes sense.

That way this option to delete forever always exists.
