[enh] Installable PWA with Share Target

At least on Android (iOS does not yet implement the API), a PWA implementing the Share Target API would make submitting downloads much easier as YoutubeDL-Material could appear directly in the OS's share menu!

It shouldn't be that hard to make this into a PWA, I'm pretty sure all that's needed is a manifest.json and it opens the door for a lot of features like notifications, theme matching, etc.

A dream would be to have downloadable videos for offline use and even better yet: play counts as envisioned here: #222 syncing 2-way. :)
