SMD functionality

I would like this awesome package to include

  • CI ( or robust CI) of the estimated mean/proportion after grouping argument
  • SMD / proportion difference as well as 95% CI of the estimated difference
  • risk / hazard ratio table after registration model
  • risk difference/HR difference

Hi @kostadinoff thanks for the suggestions (and sorry about the delay). These are great recommendations to include. Let me give it some thought about how to integrate these properly with minimal changes.
