Move Along Path: Move position of whole sign without char splitting

It would be nice if it was possible to instruct Move Along Path to only alter the position of a given sign as a whole, as opposed to splitting it up into individual characters and moving them separately. Additionally, this should be possible to do even for non-text signs (e.g. drawings).
