Aegisub build doesn't in lua scrip initialising failure

• how you install DependencyControl?
• do you uninstall something?

1. it worked on a previous machine but it doesn't in this one
2. i installed both the aegisub build that had it built in already and installed it separately after it didn't work
3. i didn't uninstall anything at first but i did uninstall the built in dependency control to install the one i downloaded separately
