Issue: Title Recreation: In mkvmerge, mux video with zlib compression enabled for the subtitle track. Open video in Aegisub and "Open subtitles from video" will be grayed out.

Since some update of wx, iirc, numeric inputs that have the up and down buttons attached have really odd spacing. I suspect their layout was changed in some wx update....
