Build support for Termux X11 (ARM64)

Aegisub runs perfectly fine on proot-distro on Termux (ARM64), it's a good choice on Android OS for sub editing, what if it could be built directly on Termux?

There's limited success on arm build for general Linux distro, but I doubt even wxWidget can be built on Termux. If you're interested, you may take the step to explore.

I myself am not really interested in ever running Aegisub on Android. If you have specific issues with compiling it or running it you're welcome to open issues or PRs addressing those, but I won't do any testing myself.
