Add Logging Library

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We should find and add a logging library that we can add to all of our current dlls. This should added in a common dll called common.dll refer to this issue #https://github.com/WinDurango-project/WinDurango/issues/67. We then can do some better logging.

Describe the solution you'd like Find a C++ logging library and add it to a common dll and make sure we can log stuff.
