Implement Discord Rich Presence in the Microsoft.Xbox.Services.Presences System.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This would be a cool feature where users could see what games people are playing in WinDurango similar to the system in place on Xbox One.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to add Discord Rich Presence to WinDurango. The Xbox One has a nice system already in place for Xbox Rich Presence so we should be able to swap it out for Discord instead.

Describe alternatives you've considered There isn't really any other alternative because who uses TeamSpeak and Ventrilo. However if it is not possible to utilize the Xbox Rich Presence System we could just add it to kernelx.
