Is there any way to map the left/right mouse click to the triggers?

I was editing the config file to see if I could use this to play pc games using controller (I know, bad idea, but I really want to try), and I noticed that the triggers don't have a hex value, as they're analog, not boolean inputs, and when I tried to put the leftclick hex on the left trigger in the config file it did nothing when I pressed the trigger.
