Keybord starts to control mouse cursor

I think after first run gopher360 my keyboard start to control cursor with arrow buttons, even when gopher360 is closed and I can't disable it. Maybe I'm wrong and it not because of gopher360 but I really didn't do anything only open gopher once and this happen. May gopher 360 changed some system configuration? (Windows 10)

Check gopher is closed in the Task Manager, else opening and closing Gopher solves this.
