config_helper pkg

Description

Trying to create a multi-purpose config helper package to parse config env vars and expose /configs and /envs endpoints with the actual configuration.

The package accepts any struct and exposes it; it could be useful in any component.

To access the endpoints you need to add X-Tyk-Authorization header with the value of the secret in the config.
