tyk [TT-2363] - Improved TCP analytics

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment we record only global (tyk+upstream) analytics. And only for TCP services.

We need a way to record analytics not only TCP services, but also for regular HTTP APIs. Additionally, we need to record not only Tyk data but also upstream data.

In addition to the BE changes, it will require UI changes to add charts visualizing this data.

Hi @buger, I would love to take this up if it's available. To ensure the implementation is aligned with Tyk’s standards and delivers meaningful insights, it would be great if key metrics according to Tyk’s SLOs could be outlined. This way, only meaningful metrics that directly reflect service reliability, and upstream behavior are captured. I’d be more than happy to contribute, given the right direction. Thanks
