More options for the background in the "now playing" menu

I'm not a huge fan of the way it looks with the artist picture behind the album cover, it looks kinda busy and I can barely read the text sometimes. I would love to have a gradient or a solid color taken from the album art as a background. Ideally this would only be optional for those who like the way it is now.

I'm not sure how I feel about all the empty space. It looks good when the artist picture is in the background though. It looks like the picture has a layer of shadow on top of it, is that correct? That makes the text more legible, which is good.

The album cover is too small, maybe you could make it slightly bigger?
