How do you use this?

This is my first time installing something from GitHub. I just want to know how to install this correctly, because i cant find anything telling me how.

Download and run the .exe from here https://github.com/Twometer/NoFences/releases/tag/v1.8

...then rt-click in the fence on the desktop for options.
