VOD recovery with Twitch Tracker link does not work for new VODs

I noticed that I could not recover a VOD from 2024 with method 2: image

However, trying to recover the same VOD with method 3 works: image

I assume it uses the wrong year with method 2.

Use the start time (IN UTC!) of the stream info: image

It's the start time at the bottom, next to the dotted line. Make sure you put the website in UTC (top right) first. Just add 00 for the seconds, the tool will bruteforce the correct second value.
