I've added a Channel Clip Service. Also, was able to make ApiService et al classes generic (as I noticed name/id monitors for each Follower/LiveStream services).

Please let me know if you'll manage it (decide yes or no) or you want me to do a fork/pull. It's okay if you think you need to modify further.

I've chosen to stay out of this library development to stay arms-length due to my own code. But I could exception this time to post a new service.

Edit: Updated and optimized 'monitornewclips' and 'getallclipsasync'; changed some comments referring to 'followers' instead of 'clips'. Some usings not included due to .NET 8 environment (common usings aren't directly specified in the code file).
