auto-kal not working on IE8 or IE9

It seems there is a problem in 0.5.0 with automatically creating calendars. On my dev environment I'm getting an error at new Kalendae.Input - Script445: Object doesn't support this action. On the demo page the auto-kal examples don't work either, although I don't seem to be getting the same error in the developer tools.

Doesn't work in IE10. Ok in IE11.
