[Feature request] Merged timeline + fast user switching

It would be convenient to have a merged timeline showing all posts from different accounts (twitter and mastodon) instead of switching accounts.

On that note, the number of clicks needed to switch accounts could be reduced. Example idea: have the profile images on top of the UI and clicking on them lets you switch directly
