[BUG] Custom layout editor is buggy.

Describe the bug An entry add with another entry in custom layout editor.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Layout'
3. Try editing the layout.
4. When adding a new entry to the layout, another entry comes with it.

Expected behavior Only one entry should add.
