[BUG] send tweet button disabled for unknown reason
Describe the bug I was trying to send something that was under the character limit but the button didn't enable even after modifying text.
I managed to post that exact message from the twitter web page just fine.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Paste sample text into draft
- Observe send button is disabled
- Cut out the first 2 quotes
- Button is enabled
“A fairly large bird came very close [during a training ride] and it just kept following me,”
“It was terrifying. But that’s Australia, apparently. I hope it’s the only time it happens, but I am afraid of it.”
Haha just #Australia things

Expected behavior should be able to send if text is under character limit.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):
- Device: Samsung s10e
- OS: Android 9
- Variant Google Play
- Version 1.6.0
Additional context Side note; when closing the draft, it'll ask to save.
The buttons should say "cancel" to stay, "no/discard" to close without saving and "save draft" instead of "cancel/save draft"
