[Feature Request] Access to Twitter Notifications

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The Twitter-(web)app offers an inbox for platform notifications (Bell-Tab), that are received when someone favorites your tweet or you log-in from a new device etc. These messages seem to be inaccessible from within Twidere.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a new Tab to the bottom bar for accessing a list of notification entries and track their read-status (see mobile webapp)

Describe alternatives you've considered

It could also be implemented as a sub-tab in the current DM or mentions-Tab (like how notifications and mentions are separated in the webapp), though this may not be the best approach given that the notifications can span multiple different categories .
