[BUG] TwidereX Desktop store configuration in home directory on linux

Describe the bug When you open TwidereX for the first time, the TwidereX configuration directory saved in /home/User

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install TwidereX on linux
2. Open TwidereX
3. The TwidereX conf dir appear on /home/User

Expected behavior TwidereX conf directory should save in /home/User/.config
