[Feature Request] Save media shared in DM

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently it's possible to view[^1] media shared in DM conversation but not download it. [^1]: Video playback seems to be broken for some videos

Describe the solution you'd like Ability for downloading media in DMs analogous to the one from feed.
