[Feature Request] Randomize/Hide the Username by Default in 'Settings > Accounts' in Android.

Initially I had requested for an option to randomize the username in the Accounts section in Android phones. But now I think that hiding the username by default would be better for privacy. Some popular messenger apps already do that. For instance:

Signal: Displays the app's name. WhatsApp: Displays the app's name. Telegram: Displays a sequence of numbers.

Now, whether you choose to randomize the username classic Twidere-style or hide it like the aforementioned apps is up to you, of course. I just hope that you'll at least include this feature along with #337 in 2.0's roadmap (if not 1.6.0) as both are important features privacy-wise.
