Reverse timeline option is missing

I can swear there was an option that allows you to completely reverse the timeline: old tweets on top, new tweets at the bottom, tabs appear if you pull down etc. I can't find that option anywhere anymore. Am I just being blind? Or do I remember things that never actually existed?

There's an option called "read from bottom" but it does something completely different (keeps reading position after refreshing, which is very useful, but different)
