left-> right swipe for sidemenu won't work on a chromeOS tablet

the swipe from left(bezel) to right means under ChromeOS escape. Because in the Twidere app is that the first thing you do when setting up. Instead of a menu, Twidere quits.

Solution would be, make hamburger menu default with the option to disable instead of how it is at the moment (reversed).

This is also an issue on Android with swiping gestures instead of the Android buttons. I am using a OnePlus 7T with such gestures enabled and I can no longer access the menu. The strange thing is that it worked when I started using the app by somehow disabling the swiping gesture on the left side of the screen.

Yup, having the same problem on Pixel 6. Any workaround?
