Can't get new notifications from pleroma 2.1 instances

Expected behavior

When sliding down in notifications tab, new notifications will be received from pleroma 2.1 instences.

Actual behavior

No new notifications are received at all.

Steps to reproduce

• Log in to a pleroma 2.1 instences
• sliding down in notifications tab to get notifications first (this will work, since there is no cached notifications from same instance)
• after you received new notification(s) (by checking in its web interface, etc.), sliding down in notifications tab again and let twidere to fetch new notifications
