dashboard: configurable aggregation time grain

Describe the feature request

With gatus we have to navigate between pages to see uptime history. I think this is due to the lack of an uptime aggregation.

Probably we could have an option such as endpoints[].ui.aggregation-time-grain to set values like hour, day, month.

Each cell could be colour-coded like:

• 🟢 : no probe failed
• 🟡[^1] : some probe failed
• 🔴 : all probes failed

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

I'm switching my current uptime software to gatus, and I miss the ability to see uptime history without having to click the back button a lot.
