Please add additional Endpoint

Hi!

I was wondering if it would be possible to add an endpoint that could give a 200 response if everything is ok.

The use case is that I have quite a few deployments of gatus

Id like like to make a gatus of gatus, so that i can just templatise the gatus config for each of my projects.

This would then give me the ability to see in a single dashboard that all my services are fine.
