When teleporting, the surrounding chunks become invisible

Describe the Issue
When teleporting back to one specific waystone from another specific waystone, multple chunks in the area become invisible. Anyone or anything standing within these chunks also become invisible.
Reloading chunks does not solve this problem, nor does breaking or placing blocks in these invisible chunks.
Logs

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine) or custom server distributions (e.g. SpongeForge)?
Essentials mod, Embeddium. Oculus (the issue occurs with or without them enabled)
Please provide the full logs. You can find the logs in the logs directory of the client or server. Most of the time latest.log is the correct file (unless the crash or issue happened during an earlier run).
Logs can be uploaded here by dragging the file into the comment field, or you can post them on a site like https://gist.github.com/ or https://pastebin.com/. Make sure they are set to be public (or unlisted) and to never expire.

At the end of the log at 19:21 is when I log in, and use the waystones that reproduce the bug and log out.
This is most likely caused by one of the performance mods installed. Does the issue happen with only Waystones installed?
