Arrivals only stone

The mod has a departures only stone, so id like to request its logical counter part: Arrival only stones where people can teleport to, but not leave from. Probably should be public in the same way sharestones are, or you'd need some other way to get to the arrival stone only first, which kind of defeats the purpose?

I like this idea! You could set up proper transportation hubs!

This would be tremendously helpful for giving players a way to get back to their base without giving them full fast-travel abilities (i.e. adventure maps)
