warp stone cooldown over 3 million cannot change in config

Describe the Issue
I am playing in a multiplayer modded Minecraft server (modpack is All The Mods 6), and the cool down for my warp stone is stuck at over 3 million seconds. All other players on the server have fully functioning warp stones with a normal cooldown of 300 seconds. I have tried crafting a new warp stone, changing the cooldown time in config files, and removing and reintroducing the waystones mod-- none of these have worked. How can I get the warp stone working again?

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine)?
No response
Cooldown can be reset by using the warp stone in creative mode. Does this happen regularly / do you have steps to reproduce?
I am having the same issue with my TownCraft TWO modpack for 1.16.5
The cooldown does not count down, it fluctuates back and forth on the last couple digits.

I am opped on the server, the workaround works, but obviously not an option for other players on the server if they get the same issue.
Does this still happen on recent Minecraft versions? (1.18+)
The cooldown is based on the game time, which should be synced to clients and count up correctly unless some other mod is messing with it.
I met this problem when update Biomes O'Plenty from 15.0.0.82 to 15.0.0.104 and TerraBlender from 1.0.0.22 to 1.1.0.72 for mod server in 1.18.1, and waystone mod version is 9.0.3.
It says the cool down time for warp_stone is 2068052 seconds.

This seems to happen rarely for inexplicable reasons (maybe mod conflicts? world upgrades from older versions?) and can be fixed by right clicking the warp stone in creative mode to reset the timer.
In Minecraft 1.20, the wap stone cooldown will be replaced by normal durability so this should no longer be an issue then. #683
