Allow attuned shard warp plate recipe to be changeable using datapacks or configs

Would it be worth extending this to the mod's key material, warp dust? I'm thinking of a recipe that rather than a pearl and purple dye, would use (popped) chorus fruit and purple dye, which i feel is more thematically appropriate, as chorus is a teleportation material right alongside the enderpearl. Can write the pull request.

@Blackwolf291 as the Warp Dust is a classic shapeless recipe, I think you can already do that with a datapack.
