Dupe glitch with economyshopgui plugin since 3.11.0 version

Describe the bug You can dupe blocks purchased through the shop plugin

To Reproduce

1. Install EconomyshopGUI plugin and Skulls 3.11.0
2. Join the server
3. Set your gamemode to survival
4. Buy some random block
5. Place it, and you will still have a block in your hand, but the block also be placed

Expected behavior Normal installation of the block where it will disappear from the inventory
