TWLSaveTool failing to read NDS cartidge.

Do I need CFW? If so, is there anyway to make a TWLSaveTool for Homebrew without CFW (Like JK Save Manager) that'd be highly appreciated

What's the game that doesn't work?

TWLSaveTool does work as 3dsx provided that you have PokéTransporter or Dream RADar installed.

ctr-httpwn doesn't work with menuhax unfortunately.
