Prefix methods accessibility and Prefix don't showing with endIcon

I had this two troubles with this library:

• Can't access Prefix methods because they are private.
• Can't use endIcon and Prefix simultaneously because after set endIcon, the prefix existence don't be verified.

Then i made a commit with that corrections, hope as helped! Regards!
