Ability to move OTR with desktop switching.

When I switch desktop on Windows 10 OTR stays on the previous desktop. A setting would be awesome to make it 'come' with desktop switches. As a workaround I've found...

Background sync for locks

Would be great if there were an option, to background sync which would ping the locked file list, and update the UI in Unreal if it found new locks.

When the first input is greater than one, like '5', it should move it to become '05:' and position it after the colon.

You can type 24 hours for example which is invalid in both cases.
