Alsa midi

work in progress there should be two commits in this branch - The first adds the MFMidi_update function to the main event loop. The other is the code for the alsa midi driver which I will be appending

I presume you need to link alsa now too? Did you add the alsa midi lib to dist/Project/fujiconfig.lua?

Also, there are quite a few formatting inconsistencies, but I'm not so worried about those.
