Issues in tutorials that needs to be resolved

Issues to resolve after jmd-staging reaches master:

1. 10-bayesian-differential-equations
   • [X] Very last cell which runs inference in parallel fails.
   • [X] MonteCarloSummary apparently not there anymore?
2. 09-variational-inference
   • [ ] Printing of docs for certain functions will be put int the document as markdown which is not what we want.

Also in general, we should go through all the tutorials and ensure that the packages are up to date.

It's not clear what this refers to; the VI tutorials render correctly with Quarto. Please reopen if the issue persists.
