Add MCMC benchmarking to the doc website

We did a lot of benchmarking in the StanCon AdvancedHMC submission. It would be helpful to make it more visible on our website.

Do you plan on updating https://github.com/TuringLang/Turing.jl/wiki as well? I think it would be good to make sure that's showing the much improved results.

The wiki is seriously out-of-date now. We plan to move all the stuff there to the doc website.

Do we have anything at the wiki which is not already integrated into turing.ml? Maybe we can remove the wiki so that people don't get confused?
