Transfer `essential/ad.jl` to DynamicPPL

It seems the essential/ad.jl file

  • doesn't depend on any Turing-specific code
  • fits better with DynamicPPL since it provides autodiff to LogDensityFunction

so, I suggest that we transfer ad.jl to DynamicPPL entirely.
