CompatHelper: bump compat for Setfield to 1 for package test, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the Setfield package from 0.7.1, 0.8 to 0.7.1, 0.8, 1 for package test. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
