[Bug]: [ALPHA] Levels.txt not updated when architecture schematic renamed

What happened?

I renamed my Overture architecture while playing around in Calibrating Laser Cannons, and got an immediate crash when switching to Conditional Jumps. A bit of digging showed that while settings.txt updated the last level value, all of the individual last level values in levels.txt were still referencing the old name (with the exception of Calibrating Laser Cannons itself). The game should either be smart enough to update everything, similar to how renaming a custom component works (I know it's different under the hood but from us users perspective!). Or barring that, it should at least load/create a Default schematic rather than crashing when an unknown schematic is registers as the last loaded.
