What happened?

I noticed on my Tower of Alloy that the first test gave me 120 ticks while tests 5 and 6 were each 121. As my code doesn't have any test-specific branching aside from the stack height, this seemed odd.

Confirmed with Storage Cracker that this also happens to ASICs, just on the off chance that the assembler was somehow triggering it (didn't expect such but figured it best to check!)

Seems to be working on Storage Cracker. I haven't worked my way back up to tower yet with the new Symphony so I can't confirm there at this time but it's at least looking good.
