[Bug]: [ALPHA] Tower of Alloy assembler doesn't load program immediately

What happened?

Haven't noticed this on other levels, but for whatever reason Tower gives me a blank asm window when I enter the level from the map. As soon as I click the Edit button the asm window populates. It is not just a visual bug as the level won't proceed (just runs nops) until I've hit Edit.
